Delete/move_matching_paragraphs/lines[]

This tip does not even explain what it is supposed to accomplish. It just posts code for creating a few menu items. I don't want to decipher it to figure out what's going on.

Agreed. It's awkward because there is always something of interest to someone, in even a trivial tip. In this tip I find it slightly cute that you might add stuff of this nature to your menu, but in practice following that strategy would give a mega menu of impossible complexity. It looks like a case of finding something to write a tip about, rather than having a good idea and then thinking you would make it a tip.

Actually, this particular author has given me the most trouble while doing my "severe clean" of all the tips. He created lots of weak tips, usually with an interesting core point, but very little explanation, and often with contradicting additions in the comments, and many references to his web site (which I have removed).
