- I think we need a category for important how-tos like VimTip32, the tips regarding how-to write plugins VimTip147, etc. Unfortunatelly, I can't think of any good name. Should it be Category:How-To, Category:Scripting, Category:Documentation, Category:VimL_for_dummies, ... ?

Perhaps "Scripting" for your examples.
Categories are important, but I need more time to get familiar with what tips are here. I'd like an easy way to get a list of all tips (titles + url) into a file. Most titles are good enough to use for working out some categories.
