On the account creation page, there is supposed to be a captcha, but no image appears. In the page source, there is an img tag pointing to

ht tp://v im.wikia.com/in dex.php?title=Special:Ca ptcha/image&wpCaptchaId=1525034666

(link mangled with spaces because, to protect against spam, the Wiki requires a captcha to post URLs. And the captcha doesn't work there either.)

If I load that page directly, it says

Internal Error
Requested bogus captcha image
