Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome, welkomEdit
Hi for real this time, C9s, and welcome to our wiki! I'm always glad to see more people contributing.
Regarding your two new tips, I want to give you fair warning that they will probably not be very long-lived in their current form. Tips on our wiki are expected to be self-contained and informative, and links to scipts or blogs are generally moved elsewhere (to our Vim scripts page, or a "see also" or "Related plugins" section in an existing tip). This was not very clear from our tip guidelines, so I have added a section there to better explain our position. Perhaps the links you give would be better off in one of the places mentioned above, or linked from your user page, or even as complete user sub-pages.
Don't let me scare you off! We hope to see much more from you soon. Keep Vimming!

- Hi c9s. Sorry about the hard introduction to the wiki, but we don't have a good method of alerting new contributors about all our procedures. I have put a description of your two scripts at Vim scripts. Please check what I have written and update as required. I also put our "procedures" at Talk:Vim scripts with an outline of why we prefer putting script descriptions in the one list. I have flagged the two tip pages for deletion later because I believe they are now redundant. If you want, you could put an expanded description of the scripts on your user page (or a subpage). Please let me know (reply here) if you have any questions. JohnBeckett 23:54, December 14, 2009 (UTC)
